Terillion is committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors. In order to provide a safe, secure experience, we will make every effort to ensure that the information you give us is used only for the purposes described below.
Registration and Sign-on through third-party services.
Terillion allows you to register or sign-on via third parties, including Facebook, Google, and others. We do this in part, to ensure the accuracy and validity of the ratings and reviews you post. With your permission, Terillion may use information from your third party profile, such as your picture, name and the city and/or state in which you live, to help other consumers reading your reviews feel the authenticity of the information. Moreover, Terillion may enable you to import information about the people you are connected to as well as allow you to share information with third-party websites. If you wish to discontinue such sharing, you will be able to do so through your preference page.
Possible Scenarios of Personal Information Disclosure
Terillion may disclose personal information to courts, the federal government, or other parties if subpoenaed. Additionally, if we need to enforce our policies or respond to claims that a review or other content violates another’s rights, it may be necessary to share personal information. However, all information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Service providers under contract who help with our business operations (such as fraud investigations, bill collection, affiliate and rewards programs and others).

Other business entities that we plan to merge with or any entity that acquires Terillion. Should such an event occur, we will require that the new entity follow this Privacy Policy and respect your personal information. If your personal information will be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice and be allowed to opt-out.
Cookies, Pixels, and Web Beacons
“Cookies” are small files placed on the hard drive of your computer. Most cookies are “session cookies,” meaning that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive once you sign out from Terillion or once you close your web browser.

Our website contains links to third party websites, mobile apps, and other content. Terillion is not responsible for the privacy policies, practices or the content of these third party sites. However, we maintain a family-friendly policy that our partners consent to upon signing up.
Are Children Allowed to Use Terillion.com?
Terillion does not sell products for purchase by children. While minors may view our ratings and reviews, minors are not allowed to purchase products or services from Terillion.

By using the Terillion website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This is our entire Privacy Policy and it supersedes any earlier version. This version (current as of 9/1/2011) takes precedence over any conflicting Policy provision. We may change our Privacy Policy by posting a new version on this page.
